"Booking was smooth enough"
I booked a domestic flight through the Air India app and it worked well for me. Picking seats was simple, and I liked that I could see the seat layout clearly before choosing. The payment page took a little longer than expected, maybe a minute or so, but the ticket showed up in my email almost right after. Overall, it did the job fine.

I booked through airindia.com because it was cheaper than the other options I saw. I wasn’t totally sure if I was making the right call at the time, but the flight was fine for what I paid. Nothing fancy, but for the price, I can’t really complain.

"Ground staff were really helpful"
I had a good experience with the Air India ground staff at the airport. I was a little unsure about my baggage and which gate to go to, but they explained everything calmly and didn’t make me feel like I was bothering them.
Check-in went smoothly too, and they were polite while helping my parents with their seats. It made the whole process feel less stressful, so I’d say it’s worth considering if you want a calmer airport experience...

I cancelled my Air India ticket on Air India and it was way easier than I expected. Just logged in, found my booking, and the cancel button was right there, no confusion. Got the confirmation email in a few mins and the refund info was shown clearly too. Thought it would be a bit of a headache tbh, but it went smooth. Overall, good experience.

"Lost bag took a while, but Air India did sort it out"
My bag didn’t show up after my Air India flight, i was stressed in that moment because there’s nothing worse than standing around at the baggage belt while everyone else leaves with their luggage. I went to the airport desk to report it, and while the process was a bit slower than I would have liked, the staff did take the details, gave me a reference number, and explained that I could track the status online.
I called customer support the next day because I wanted to make sure the report hadn’t just disappeared into the system, and to be fair, they were more helpful than I expected. Someone actually followed up, checked the status, and later I was told the bag had been found. It ended up being delivered to my address after about two days, which was a big relief.
Overall, it wasn’t a perfect experience because the communication in the beginning could definitely have been faster and clearer, especially when you’re already worried about your stuff. But in the end, they found my bag, delivered it properly, and nothing was missing, so I can’t really complain too much. I’d give it 4 stars because the issue was handled, just not as smoothly as it could have been.

I had to change my flight date and reached out to Air India support through their website. i know people complain a lot, but in my case they got back to me faster than I expected and handled it without making me go back and forth a hundred times. I was relieved, and I’m happy with how the service went this time.

"Easy booking, no real hassle"
Booked my ticket on airindia.com and it was straightforward. The website opened fine, the flight options were easy to understand, and the payment went through without any trouble. "Cramped seats, not much room to move"
I booked the flight through airindia.com, and the flight itself was fine enough, nothing too dramatic. But the seating was the main issue. The legroom was just not good. I’m not a very tall person, but my knees were nearly up against the seat in front, so you can imagine how tight it felt.
The seat also felt kind of narrow, like you’re just squeezed in and expected to deal with it. After a while it got uncomfortable, especially since it was a long flight. Roughly put, there just wasn’t enough space to sit like a normal person. I’d probably think twice before booking again if the seating is the same

Flew Air India last week. The plane was clean. Mostly well kept too. Seats felt a little old. But not uncomfortable. Trip went fine overall. I'd give it 4 stars.

"Decent movie selection, but felt a bit brushed off"
I flew Air India last week and the inflight entertainment was actually good. There were plenty of movies to choose from, and my screen worked fine the whole time. A few of the shows felt outdated, but it still kept me occupied during the flight. I did feel a little dismissed when I asked about a minor issue with the system, like it wasn’t really worth their attention, but overall the entertainment itself was solid. 4 stars.
